The Dashboard tab, allows you to have an overview of your portfolio (value of your bricks portfolio), and properties to be financed or to come.
The Properties tab shows you all the brick projects to be financed or which are already financed, with additional information such as the rate of return, or the income donated. Upcoming projects are also posted there.
The Portfolio tab shows you the value of your portfolio (the value of your bricks), and your income received (the money you receive through rents).
You also see what property you have invested in, and your sales made on the bricks marketplace.
The Marketplace tab allows you to buy and resell bricks. In this tab investors can buy or resell bricks between them.
This market makes it possible to resell its bricks more expensive than their initial price.
The Wallet where your bricks account balance is written (it is with this balance that you can invest). And if you click on it you can add money, and withdraw it. It is also on this portfolio that your income received thanks to your investments arrives.
The avatar on the far right allows you to access and modify your personal account information. And also to log out of your Bricks account.

Before buying bricks, here are some criteria to look at if it's a good plan:
Its location (schools, neighborhood safety), study the average rent of the area, the labor market (jobs), leisure and entertainment (parks, restaurants, cinemas).
If you invest in a project and it does not reach its funding goal, you will be reimbursed 100%.
